The Sunday post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news – A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
I haven’t done these weekly update posts in a while but I’m trying to get back into regularly blogging again. I took a very necessary break from blogging, you can read more about that in my latest post HERE. Anyways, let’s get into it….

New to my Shelf
I haven’t bought/received any books for a while. I want to read what I already have and I’ve been reading a lot of books on Scribd recently. There’s a good variety on there, I’ve mostly been reading through the Goosebumps books, rather the audiobooks while I’m working or occupied. Not all of them are available on the app though.
Song(s) of the Week
Recently I’ve been using Spotify a lot more and having fun creating some Playlists, if anyone is interested you can check out my account and playlists HERE. The Pretty Reckless’ new album ‘Death by Rock and Roll’ was released this week, February 12th, so I’ve been listening to that a lot.
What I’m Watching
After a lot of reluctance, I decided to Give Fate: The Winx Saga a chance and it was exactly as I expected. growing up with The Winx Club, I kinda have high expectations for adaptations. It’s so different that it doesn’t even feel like the same show or characters. There were way too many tropes and clichés for my liking.
So I decided to re-watch the original series, I’m currently up to season 5. The first 2-3 seasons were the best though. The Character designs were way better in earlier seasons. I will admit that I’ve haven’t actually watched the later seasons, maybe I’ll watch them all this time around and review them. That could be fun.
