Books Read:

I haven’t read that much so far this month, Like I said I’ve been quite busy and seeing as I haven’t done The Sunday Post for awhile, these are the books I’ve read so far this month.

I read the first novella of The Ghost of the Shadow Market, Son of the Dawn, by Cassandra Clare. I’m not going to count these towards my Goodreads Goal, so I mostly just reading these for fun, because I can’t wait until the physical copy comes out next year, so each month I’ll be buying the eBooks for them. So I might as well do a mini review here.

I loved this story! If you don’t already know, Jem is my favourite character in The Infernal Devices. I obviously was having more of a withdrawal from Shadowhunters stories than I care to admit. In this story we see the beginning of Jace’s time with the Lightwoods, though this story begins in the Shadow Market where Brother Zachariah bumps into a vampire with a very hot tip, but a reluctance to take it to the New York Institute given the Lightwoods’ history with Valentine and Downworlders.

And Raphael! Raphael is still one of the most underrated characters in the series so I always want more of him. His grumpiness and need to stay detached and aloof while occasionally slipping into softer mode made me love this character even more. Okay, so this “mini” review was longer than I intended for it to be and I don’t want to say too much about this, for those who haven’t read it yet. Have you read this yet? What did you think of it? Or are you waiting until it comes out in Print?

Currently Reading:

I am “currently reading” a lot of books, If you’ve read any of these, Let me know what you thought of them. It might convince me to read them faster. And if I don’t get to these soon I might end up putting them on hold for a while or even DNFing them. So instead of just putting down a few books here like I usually do, I’m going to list all the books I’ve started, and I want you to comment below with your opinion about these books.

Which books out of these have you read? Which ones did you enjoy? What should I read next? Comment your Opinions below and hopefully convince me to read some of these soon.

What I Plan to Read Next:

So like I said above, there are A LOT of books I need to finish, so I need your help to decide what to read next. So from the books above, let me know in the comments what you think I should read next. I’d really like to finish some of those before starting anything else.

New to my Shelf:

What I’m Watching:

I’ve finally watched Everything, Everything. I really enjoyed it. Although, I haven’t actually read the book yet, I want to eventually read the book. Have you seen this movie? If so, what did you think of it? What about the books, have you read it? What did you think of it? Do you think I should read the book?

I also watched Prom Night (2008). This is based on the 1980 Prom Night, which I haven’t yet seen. I enjoyed this movie as well. Although I’ve heard that this is only a loose remake and aside from the Title it has no similarities to the original. This was a very strange movie though.

Although not as strange as Most Likely to Die, this one features Heather Morris. And I enjoyed this one to some extent but I found that this one was extremely strange, I still really don’t know what to think of it.

Have you seen any of these movies? What did you think of them? If you didn’t know or couldn’t already tell, I absolutely love horror films! Do you enjoy Horror Films?
