#TheReadingQuest is a new reading challenge hosted by Aentee @ Read at Midnight. All of the rules can be found here! It will run from Sunday 13th August to Sunday 10th September. Thank you to CW of Read, Think, Ponder for creating the amazing graphics!
The second I heard about The Reading Quest, I knew I needed to join in! This looks so fun, and I love that you get to accomplish things that are a bit more than just reading.
I’m not going to go into all the rules, so if you’re interested in participating, be sure to check out the original post for The Reading Quest! In short, I love the idea behind the quest, I love the point system, I love that it encourages reading marginalized authors (you earn more points), and I am so, so excited.
These are the Character Classes you may choose from:
Here is the Quest Board showing what path the Characters will take:
I have decided to be a Mage:
As wielders of spells and witchcraft, these players will conjure and summon their way through the First Down path on the quest. Their tomes contain magic and whispers of alternate lands
Which means that I do the First row going down. I have to fill in a square for every book I read from my TBR for this book challenge. I’m going to start with the Mage path, then see where to go from there. If I finish then I can move on to other classes and squares.
I’m not going to have a specific TBR for this, I’ll decide as I go along. I’ll be posting my TBR and updates as I go along on my Twitter page. So if you want to know what I’ll be reading and Updates as I read, don’t forget to follow my Twitter, I’ll be updating regularly. Can’t wait to see what you all are reading and your progress throughout the challenge. Don’t forget to use the official hashtag for this challenge #TheReadingQuest. Good luck everyone!
Are you joining in? What are you reading? What path are you taking? Let me know in the Comments. Feel free to suggest some books for my Quests. I’d love some recommendations for any of these Challenges on the Bingo Board.
